Since I dont stand playing ragnarok with all this lag I had to find other things to do with my spare time so I decided to play a little with the sprites from the game, add a little photoshop and we have a nice mix. 
>> this was the first one I did, has characters I created with my sister. I got the panty hat sprite from another site, so no, it's not yet in the game (but looks cool anyway. added the bear because he looks very kawai. 
>> this was my second pic made, I took a wack at the colors and I pretty much liked the results, my fav was the black acolyte.
(dunno why I added the lego bot, maybe it symbolizes bot users...)
>> and finally one of my characters. tcharam!
He has a gamecube because he gets bored vending....
(got it from a japanese ro skin site)
so thats all my weekend creations for your viewing pleasure. I didnt know where to post these, if this isnt the right place then please correct me ok, Sasami?
did anyone else made some stuff?

I'd mess with sprites but all the ones I seemed to of noticed where of headless people. I did not feel like searching for ones that weren't like that or if there were none then putting heads on them.

The heads are seperate sprites from the characters (except for the Alpha character sprites, of course), so you can just as easily use them...only thing is that they have only one weapon per sprite, so you're more or less stuck with whatever they're supposed to use unless you use the headless sprites (which have the weapon in a seperate sprite) =P

Some people who entered the contest were very talented, I saw some art that was a real eye candy. 
Maybe if they make a different contest....
hmm, gravity is sponsoring a contest too, I still got untill 18th may.
quanta: they are all in data.grf so make sure you extract ALL files. the first times i ran the grf extractor it only extracted half or so files before giving an error.
If it extracts everything you should have access to everything, i'll post the directory structure as soon as i can.
