it is mandrian.. just kind mean "have a day of happy" I think.. my chinese is VERY rusty but my grand uncle (who does not speak chinese) say that to me

tzu ni sin rih kwai luh is correct for mandarin, however I am no good at romanization so I couldn't tell you if the romanization is accurate, I just know it sounds about right if it's what i think it is
