Once Gravity implements the manner points I think they should add a jail in ragnarok. 
all your skills and items would be disabled (so no warping out...) and you couldnt see the coordinates of the place. (no warping in..)
Also, adding severall teams to moderate the towns and places would also be good, if you wanted to join maybe you could have severall tests to your behaviour and actions during a week or two.

Well with manners you could be put in this jail without ever breaking a rule. No paying customer would like that, say you had a gruge against a guild and they decided to get together and have you thrown in jail.

yes, the manner system doesnt seem very safe, but it seems better than the total anarquy that runs wild on ro right now.
I guess it will all depend on how gravity plays the cards.

It'll be a server where anyone and everyone is evil...now if enemies react to this sort of thing, like evil enemies become passive and good enemies become aggressive, you could very well just walk up and sit next to Bapho or Doppel XD
