I was following a friend when I heard the baphomet theme on one of the maps. Was I imagining things?

Really? I couldn't find the hidden temple so I wouldn't know. I did listen to the mp3s though, and I don't remember hearing the baphomet theme.

Accually, one of the best reasons to download the client is probably for the soundtrack, even better if it could be found elsewhere. It has been upped to 54 songs so and none of them are bad at all, if RO has one thing good going for it at least, it's the soundtrack, that's a good mix of themes. |

I was extremly dissapointed with the beta 2 soundtracks. They have slowly been degrading, like everything else since alpha. I mean, look at the art. There are three seperate artists at gravity with extremly different styles (for the cards at least) and it completly throws off the whole.. conformity and fitting in thing. |

The soundtrack rules! If anything keeps the game on my computer during the Time of Lag, it's the music.
Sasami: And from what I can tell about the card styles, one artist had drawn all the Beta1 cards (except for Baph)...then there were two other artists drawing the Beta2 cards--one of them was in charge of all the non-creepy monsters (like Drops), and the other was doing the uber-creepy monsters (like Druid). Would you have preferred an ugly mofo like Druid to have a cute card drawing?

Yeah, but it's just... way too different... the uber cute chibi cards, and then the bloody gorey romero type cards. Doesn't fit... |

Yeah, it's sorta weird that it goes from cute to creepy, but the card art is great nonetheless, so I don't give it much thought.

No the baphomet music wasn't in the hidden temple I don't think. The Alpha Bapho music was the one with the repetitive violin solo.
