It would appear from a couple of recent log files of mine that there may be no encryption at all... some basic novice level ups...
Go figure, grav's using encryption as a scapegoat.

I don't think it was a char wipe. More likely than not, the character database crashed...but then how could people make a new character then?
N/m. I don't think they wiped though.

... i dont really understand packets, but how would that be somone sending you smiley if your the one sending that packet, and you were in a quiet corner?

| 7E is a uptime packet sent by the client to make sure it is in sync with the server for the speed hack, it in no way stops bots though because the server does not sever the connection if it isnt recieved. |

Hmmm I guess I'm just doing it wrong then... maybe i'll try it on one of my programs first so I can know what to look for. 
All I do know is that some of these people are insane. There's already multiple 2nd class's and a few lvl 80's. |

Woot! No way! It took me 2 weeks of nonstop playing to get to lvl 60 from 40. Multiple classes I can understand, but they have to be robots if they're lvl 80 already.
[Edit] I don't mean robots as in bots. I mean robots as having only a single directive on their mind as opposed to all else. IOW, RO over sleep, hunger, and work.

man, I think some of those people need to go get a life... I mean, cumon, lvl 80 already!?! and it cant even be that fun, lvl so fast that your already done with the game in like 3 wks.
