there is simply not enough hotkeys for ro the f keys are not enough and they are hard to reach they kinda lay in the middle or no where in the keyboard. It's kinda hard to jump from one hot key to another.
I hope they eventually let us choose our bindings for hotkeys cuz that would make things a lot easier. As a wizard i simply have too many skills and can't even bind all of the ones i need for a dungeons such as geffen. It becomes a pain when i have to scroll down my skill menue and use things like that.

I found this out a while ago. It might help if you get used to it. You can change the power of a spell by using the center mouse wheel.
First, activate the skill, but don't target an enemy yet. Then scroll up and down to adjust the level.
It's slower, but if you need 9 different skills, I guess you'll have to make do.
