I see this type of tool mentioned a bit. I did some research and thought it seemed pretty neat.
I'd like to know how it works though. I mean, the tablet doesn't have an lcd screen so you can't use that to tell where you're drawing. So, how can you track where the pen (or arrow) goes?

same way as how you track your mouse arrow.
when you draw on the table, you don't look at the table, but the screen.
