I think its the "new recruit" they are giving away "stuff" ingame I think for new players joining and pay X subscription.
my subscription runs out on jan 1st 2004 and will not be renewing  my last friend who was playing with me (my g/f) is leaving RO.. so I will go with her hehe

if you're talking about the ragboost.exe, it is clearly stated that it "doesn't do what it advertises." if you're looking for a way get usernames and pw's, wrong place to ask, buddy.
